Should I Hire a Ghostwriter Who Also Handles Book Printing and Publishing?

I'm planning to write a business book with the help of a ghostwriter, but I'm unsure whether I should work with someone who also offers publishing and printing services. Is it better to keep writing and publishing separate, or go for an all-in-one ghostwriting and publishing solution? What are the pros and cons from your experience?
